Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, to ensure fair scheduling and continued quality of service for all our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled cleaning date and time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $150 late cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide the highest level of service to all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
