Purpose
Business reporting with controlled Ads changes.
The application gives approved administrators one place to understand the company’s website and advertising performance. It connects only to configured, business-owned Google properties and advertising accounts.
Gold Standard Cleaning Admin can pause or enable existing campaigns and keywords, adjust a non-shared campaign budget, or add a campaign negative keyword only after an authenticated administrator approves the exact action. It does not change billing, payments, users, ownership, ads, bidding, targeting, or conversion settings, and it does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or personal files.

Reviews traffic, acquisition, engagement, event, and conversion reports from Gold Standard Cleaning’s Google Analytics 4 property.

Reviews campaign, keyword, search-term, budget, cost, click, and conversion reports from the configured Google Ads account.

Approved advertising changes
Prepares limited campaign, budget, and keyword changes and executes each one only after an authenticated administrator approves the exact action.
Access and data use
Private access. Specific purposes.
There is no public registration. Access is limited to pre-created, allowlisted administrator accounts. Convex Auth stores administrator passwords as one-way hashes, and the reporting service-account key remains in server-side secret storage.
